2. General Information on Data Processing
We process personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website along with our content and services. This website does not use cookies and does not employ any analytics, tracking, or marketing tools.
3. Hosting
This website is hosted by DomainFactory GmbH:
Domainfactory GmbH
c/o WeWork
Neuturmstrasse 5
80331 München
Germany
When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically collects information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits automatically. This includes:
- IP address
- URL accessed
- timestamp of the request
- amount of data transferred (in bytes)
- HTTP status code
- HTTP method (e.g. GET, POST)
- protocol used
- referrer URL (previously visited page)
- browser type (user agent)
This data is processed solely to ensure the smooth operation of the website and to improve our offering, not to draw conclusions about your identity. This data is not combined with other data sources. Log files from the previous month are automatically deleted at the end of each month.
The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of our website.
We have entered into a data processing agreement (DPA) with DomainFactory in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
4. Fonts (Google Fonts, Self-Hosted)
This website uses Google Fonts for the consistent display of typefaces. These fonts are hosted locally, meaning the font files are part of our own website and are served from our server at DomainFactory.
No connection is established to Google’s servers. No data is transmitted to Google, and no data transfer to the US or other third countries takes place in connection with font display.
5. Contact
If you contact us by email or phone, the data you provide (e.g. name, contact details, content of your message) will be stored by us in order to process your inquiry and for any follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, where your inquiry relates to the initiation or performance of a contract, or otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries directed to us).
The data will be deleted once it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected; for data from an email inquiry, this is generally the case once the respective conversation with you has concluded.
6. Social Media (Links)
This website links to our profiles on LinkedIn and Instagram. These are plain links to the respective platforms, not embedded plugins or social media buttons that would automatically transfer data. Simply visiting our website therefore does not result in any data being transmitted to these providers.
Only if you actively click on one of the links and visit the respective platform do that provider’s own privacy policies apply:
- LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company: https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy
- Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Instagram): https://privacycenter.instagram.com/policy
We have no influence over data processing on these platforms.
7. Your Rights
You have the following rights:
- right of access to your personal data stored by us (Art. 15 GDPR)
- right to rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- right to erasure of your data stored by us (Art. 17 GDPR)
- right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
- right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
Where processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest), you have the right to object to such processing at any time.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority regarding our processing of your personal data. As a rule, the competent authority is that of your habitual residence or of our place of business.
8. Currency of This Privacy Policy
This privacy policy is current as of July 2026. Due to the further development of our website or changes in legal requirements, it may become necessary to amend this privacy policy.
